Refurbishment
A small office unit above a separate basement area. Install new staircase to create small office suite and install new shower room, kitchen etc and fully refurbish both areas including electrics, heating wall panelling etc.
Civils
Bonded Warehouse required additional delivery and dispatch facilities. Temporary security system installed to isolate works area. Installation of 6 new dock levellers, security shutters and canopies. Reduce existing levels to accommodate vehicle heights and install new concrete hardstanding with associated drainage, petrol and oil interceptors.
Special Works
The removal of the existing escalators, the adaption of the existing support structure at 1st floor landing level and the construction of a new plant pit to ground floor followed by the installation of new escalators. All works out of hours.
